Mindful Mamas is designed as a taste test of the full Food Freedom Program, giving you practical tools to eat more mindfully and tune in to your body’s needs, without the pressure of commitment to the full program.

Hi, I’m Elle!

The Food Relationship Coach

This is me. This is what it feels like to live with food freedom. I want this for you. I want it for our kids. And I want it for their kids.

I've been a Dietitian and Nutritionist for over 12 years and had my own journey through disordered eating and crappy body image. I've worked in public health services in the city and in the country, in a variety of different areas - including some clients with eating disorders and many with disordered eating. I'm a mum of 2 girls and I want the rates of disordered eating and eating disorders to be reducing in their lifetimes. We can focus on our health without needing to change our body size or following a strict diet. We all deserve to live with food freedom so we can:

  • enjoy food and moving our body
  • feel better at home and at work
  • show our kids that they can have this too.

I can't wait to support you through your journey to a healthier relationship with food and your body.
