Who I work with
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, I work with:
- Women who want to feel better in their body and around food
- Men who want straight-up, practical advice
- Families who want to eat better without the drama
- People managing certain health conditions
- Anyone in a rural or regional area who wants nutrition support to meet their health goals from someone who actually gets what life is like out here

What we can work on
These sessions are tailored to you — your goals, your life, your pace. Together we might explore:
- Easy meal ideas that suit your schedule, your budget, and what’s in the pantry
- How to manage health conditions without cutting out everything you love
- Emotional or stress-related eating
- Building realistic habits that actually last
- Feeling more confident and calm around food and your body
Why Rural Support Matters
Living out here isn’t the same as in the city.
That’s why my approach is built for regional life. I bring experience in both clinical nutrition and rural health to offer support that’s practical, flexible, and grounded in real life, not unrealistic ideals.

Hi, I’m Elle!
The Food Relationship Coach
An Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist, and mum living on a farm near Albury, NSW.
I grew up in the country, spent years working in city hospitals and regional health services, and eventually came back to where I feel most connected - rural communities like ours. Now, through my work, I get to give back in a way that feels meaningful, proactive, and sustainable.
I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition and health advice often misses the mark, especially when it doesn’t take into account what rural life actually looks like. That’s what drew me into this work in the first place: I wanted to help people cut through the noise, stop feeling guilty about food, and find a way forward that fits their real life - not some unrealistic ideal.
Over nearly 14 years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients through all kinds of health journeys, from newly diagnosed conditions to those feeling stuck after years of trying everything. Clients often tell me I’m down-to-earth, understanding, and easy to talk to. I’ve even been told I’m “the first health professional that didn’t make me feel judged.” That means everything to me — because how you feel in the support matters just as much as the information you take away.
My approach is grounded in compassion, practicality, and the belief that health isn’t about following rigid rules — it’s about feeling better in your body and more confident in your choices. No shame. No pressure. Just support that gets the whole picture.
Here’s what I really want you to know:
The way you think about food, your body, and your health matters more than you realise.
It’s not just about what you eat - it’s also about your mindset. And when that shifts, real, sustainable change becomes possible.
