Hi, I’m Elle!

The Food Relationship Coach

For 10 years, I worked in the public system as a dietitian, wishing there was a gentler, more supportive way to help women with food—one that focused on mindset, not meal plans.

So... I built it.

Now, I help rural women and mums heal their relationship with food through a real-life approach that blends science-backed nutrition, mindset work, and counselling-style support.

You might be wondering, why rural women? Because I am one - and I know how hard it can be to access quality nutrition support that is designed for how we live.

The core of my work is all about helping you feel good in your body so you can raise the next generation with more freedom around food.

Yes, health is THE focus of our work together, but not in the way diet culture defines health or ties it to our weight. Instead, our work together goes deeper into your mindset around food and understanding your body and what your body needs.

So, if eating without guilt, buying chocolate without second-guessing yourself, and never following another meal plan again sounds like your kind of dietitian advice…

I’m so glad you’re here.
